The Blue Room primarily serves as the lounge for overnight guests at the CEDC, but can also be reserved for meeting.  A lower level room with two sofas and a table set up for 6-8, the room is a comfortable and quiet space, and has a small entertainment center with HD Television and DVD player.

These smaller meeting rooms are outfitted to handle small gatherings of 4-6, or can be used as secondary breakout spaces for larger meetings.  Seating can be office or lounge style, with or without working tables in the room.   These smaller rooms rent for $50.00 per day.

The Center’s most frequently used room, the International Room is perfect for meetings of groups from 10-30 people.  On the main floor of the CEDC it has two large sliding glass doors that look out onto the expansive backyard.  The International Room has a wall mounted dry erase board and projection screen, and can be set up in a multitude of arrangements.  This room offers immediate access to the large private backyard of the Center and the covered back porch as well.  The rate for the International Room is $85.00 per day.

The Studio is the largest meeting space that the CEDC offers, and is appropriate for groups from 25-100 depending on setup of the space. It has high exposed brick walls with stained glass windows at the top, and is a very versatile room perfect for presentations, lectures, large board meetings, or even smaller meetings where participants need a little more space such as meditation retreats.
