Giving Voice

“Giving Voice” is a nexus (meeting place) of vowed women religious in the Roman Catholic Church who have only experienced religious life since the Second Vatican Council. We claim radical gospel living as the essence of the call, for our generation and for future generations, to help us live both “at the core” and “on the edge” of religious life in the post-modern age. Our conversations currently take place in our newsletter, at our regional and national gatherings,  and on our website. We claim the common life experiences of being educated in and living with greater racial, ethnic, religious and global diversity as a result of the major social movements that forever changed our world.  We are committed to honoring the diversity among us and yearn to have these horizons expanded in order to bring about a more just world...
