Online Support

We offer online support in various forms to nonprofits that need a hand. Whether that is help working within an existing website, building a simple site from a template, giving guidance on social media, or simply consultation, we are flexible and are here to help.

See below for a few simple examples, and feel free to contact us if you'd like to talk about a potential project. The initial project consultations are always free!

The Roundup The Roundup

In conjunction with their website redesign, Nonprofit Roundtable asked us to rework their weekly eNewsletter, the Roundup. We matched styles with the new site and helped reduce visual clutter in the mailing. We converted the design to HTML, optimized for email, and tested on a variety of clients. Since the Roundtable uses Salesforce, we installed the template into their Salesforce account via a Vertical Response integration.

Campaign graphics Campaign graphics

From time to time we help Avaaz.org with campaign and web graphics to be used in a variety of ways online.

Financial Services Assessment (Web Support) Financial Services Assessment (Web Support)

We provide web support for the IRIS Center's Financial Services Assessment Project website on an "as needed" basis, helping them keep the site updated and making sure the existing design remains clean and SEO-friendly. The FSA project "examines the impact of financial services on the lives of the poor."

Processed Free America Web Support Processed Free America Web Support

Processed Free America first came to us after their existing Joomla site had been attacked by "a bot in China" and we helped them get things back in order, cleaning the site up and upgrading software to the latest versions. We have provided a variety of other types of support as well, including installation of other components and adding functionality on a per-request basis.

Community Council for the Homeless at Friendship Place Community Council for the Homeless at Friendship Place

Community Council for the Homeless at Friendship Place (CCHFP) had been struggling with a patchwork website that had been designed and managed by many people over the years. They came to CEDC for a simple Joomla site that would have a consistent design and would be easier to update than their previous method.
